Built by a Dad Who Gets It — and His Daughter Who Keeps It Real
Cole Jennette is a father of three teenagers, a relationship skills coach, and someone who learned these skills the hard way. For years, he struggled with communication, empathy, and real connection — and it cost him relationships and career opportunities. That struggle became his mission: he dedicated his life to mastering these skills and now coaches adults through the same transformation.
Then teachers started showing his Instagram and TikTok videos in their classrooms. Schools reached out: "Can you turn this into a full curriculum?" So he did. His daughter Selah co-hosts every lesson, bringing the authentic teen perspective that makes Pathways feel real instead of preachy.
Our Mission
Every Student Deserves the Skills to Thrive
We believe that the most important skills in life — how to communicate, how to show empathy, how to be courageous in the face of fear — are not taught often enough. And when they are, the material is often dry, outdated, or disconnected from the reality of being a young person today.
That's why we built Pathways. In collaboration with experienced curriculum experts, we created a system that is rigorous enough to align with CASEL standards but engaging enough that students look forward to it. Every lesson is video-based, every activity is interactive, and every concept is grounded in real life — not theory.
